My services are private. The invoice is paid directly to me according to the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). According to Section 4 No. 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), the invoice amount is exempt from sales tax.

Members of private health insurance companies, those with private supplementary insurance and/or patients entitled to assistance:
Members of private health insurance companies, those with private supplementary insurance, and patients eligible for medical assistance may be entitled to (partial) reimbursement of their treatment costs from their insurance company or the medical assistance provider. Reimbursement from a health insurance provider depends on the agreed service requirements and tariff features. The TCM practice Liu does not guarantee reimbursement from the health insurance company or supplementary insurance provider.

Statutory health insurance patients:
Whether therapy is covered by statutory health insurance varies from insurer to insurer. Please contact your insurer for further information.
